Tai White grew up in Santa Cruz, California. He enjoys rock climbing, bodysurfing, and making music. He got a BA in Theatre and Performance Studies from UC Berkeley, where he earned the Mask and Dagger award and the Travis Bogard award. In 2023, he earned his MA in Classical Acting from the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts, one of the preeminent drama schools in the world, where he studied Shakespeare, Jacobean text, the Spanish Golden Age, French Classics, and Restoration Comedy. This is his first professional job since graduating.
