SAM NACHISON (he/him, Tevye) is humbled and honored to be playing this iconic and significant character here at Music Theater Works. Recent roles include “Dentist” in LITTLE SHOP OF HORRORS and “Franz” in MEL BROOKS’ THE PRODUCERS (Music Theater Works),  “King Arthur” in CAMELOT and “Officer Lockstock” in URINETOWN (Sunnyvale Community Players), “Capt. Von Trapp” in THE SOUND OF MUSIC (Broadway By the Bay), and “Beadle Bamford” in SWEENEY TODD (Hillbarn Theatre). The little town of Anatevka is incredibly important to my family, as it is to many other millions of Jewish families all across the globe, and playing “Tevye” is a responsibility that is not lost on me.
