The Raleigh Youth Choir most recently performed with the North Carolina Symphony Holiday Brass for concerts in 2023.
Originally founded in 1968 as the Raleigh Boychoir, the Raleigh Youth Choir (RYC) now serves hundreds of young singers from across the greater Raleigh area within its six different ensembles. In addition to performing with the North Carolina Symphony, recent season highlights include a benefit concert for Western NC that raised over $22,000 and featured over 600 singers; a commissioned piece for the Raleigh Youth Choir using the singers' own words as the lyrics; and an upcoming European tour to France.
