Rebecca S. Drury is a lyric soprano, educator, and arts administrator with over 20 years of experience in performance, academia, and music education. Favorite past roles include Maria in The Sound of Music and Lily in The Secret Garden. Rebecca earned her BM in Vocal Performance from Southwest Missouri State University and her MM from Missouri State University. Her post-collegiate career included 16 years in administration at the Community Music School of Webster University, while actively performing in the St. Louis region. She was a six-season Victorian Caroler for Saint Charles Christmas Traditions® and a 2018 National Anthem soloist for the St. Louis Blues. Most recently, she served on the voice faculty at College of the Ozarks. Rebecca is an aspiring author with her first book, On a Picnic with Grief, forthcoming. She is delighted to make her Riverside Center debut in this meaningful production of The Sound of Music.
