Weston Corey - Lighting Designer

Weston Corey is a proud VCU graduate with a BFA in lighting design. He has worked all throughout the country on various projects including theatre, dance, events and architecture. He spent several years as the Lighting Director and Resident Lighting Designer for The Sharon L. Morse PAC in The Villages, FL, where he designed: Proof, Bad Jews, Frankie and Johnny, Company, Red, Tell Me on a Sunday, and The Story of My Life and worked with many touring shows, from Broadway to rock concerts. After returning to Virginia in 2018, he has been heavily involved with the RVA theatre scene. In the 2024 season, he has designed: They’re Playing Our Song, Beautiful, and Christmas Spectacular, for Riverside Center, as well as many others. Weston has also served as a Project Manager for Barbizon Lighting Company, handling lighting system installations for museums, architecture, schools, houses of worship, and theatres across the state. wtc-design.com. @wtcdesignrva.
