Earnestine Phillips is from Dallas, Texas and has a BA Degree in Theater from the University of Houston. She is a longtime member of The Will Geer Theatricum Botanicum Theater Repertory and is a three-time NAACP Theatre Award winner for The Tempest, As You Like It and To Kill A Mockingbird. Her television appearances include Bob Hearts Abishola, Insecure, Ballers, Shameless, Lethal Weapon, Speechless and NCIS: Los Angeles. Films include, 1BR and Here Comes The Boom.
