Maya Mays (she/her/hers) is absolutely jazzed be apart of the Santa Cruz Shakespeare Acting Internship Program/ Family! She is a East Coast based actor entering her third year at the University of North Carolina School of the Arts for Drama. Maya thanks her family (especially Mom and Dad) for supporting and allowing her to follow her dreams and the SCS Company for gifting her with this learning opportunity. Outside of theatre Maya loves painting, singing, and advocating for social justice. She finds so much joy in delving into Shakespeare’s work, and the opportunity to intern with this wonderful company fills her heart.
