David Kelly grew up in San Jose and is happy to make his debut in Santa Cruz. He was an actor at Oregon Shakespeare Festival for 28 seasons where he was in Baltimore Waltz, Richard II, Pravda, A Midsummer Night’s Dream, Guys and Dolls, Henry IV Part 1, American Night, Pirates of Penzance, Imaginary Invalid, Manahatta, Hairspray, Timon of Athens, Book of Will and others. He was recently in Emma at the Guthrie Theater. He has also worked at The Huntington in Boston, Berkeley Rep., La Jolla Playhouse, South Coast Repertory Theater, GeVa Theater, Kirk Douglas Theater and others. He recently made his television debut in City on a Hill on Showtime. He has taught at Southern Oregon University and Ashland High School and Walker Elementary in Ashland, OR.
